How to take good care of your smartphone

Smartphones cost quite a bit. That's why it's recommended for you to take good care for your smartphone. You might think "why, I'm getting a newer model soon anyway". However, if you have taken good care of your smartphone you can resell it once you are done with it.
In this article, I will teach you the basics skills for taking care of your smartphone.
Buy a Case
A case is a must have smartphone accessory. It can prevent accidental damages and all kinds of potentially harmful conditions.
Always Keep Your Smartphone Away from Water
Unless you have a waterproof smartphone (yeah, there actually are few of those on sale on the market today), keep your smartphone away from water. Use a protective case to protect it against rain and do not take it out in the bathroom.
Use a Screen Protector
A screen protector is essential to protect your smartphone from accidental scratches.
What Else?
You do not only have to protect the case of your smartphone but what's in it as well. Therefore, I advise you to only download applications made by reputable app makers and use an AntiVirus program.
Android and Apple smartphones are a lot more than just mobile phones. They are little computers, and just like all computers, they are at risk for viruses.
Anything Else?
Last but not least, if you do decide to sell your Android or iPhone smartphone make sure to first reset the phone.

Soundtracking - Your music buddy

Soundtracking is a neat SoundHound's free alternative. Its mission is quite straightforward and basic. To help you find out the title of any track and then provide you a nice way of sharing it.

Best music searching application
Trending music section
Jumping into deeper detail, Soundtracking comes with some awesome features. It comes with a home screen widget enabling you to immediately record and discover any unknown song. This way your music searching skills will be fast enough to catch up with any DJ - even if he is switching tracks quickly :). Furthermore, Spotify and Youtube and other music services are integrated with this app. Personally, I think its interface is 100% clean and user friendly, while offering a nice Trending Tracks section where you basically can be informed of new tracks. The only thing that I didn't like was that they required me to log in with a facebook or twitter or any other email account. There could be an anonymous log in option for people not willing to share music with social network friends.

Summing up, I believe that you should definitely try it out, since its free application. Lastly, its a nice addition to your apps, even if you are a SoundHound fan. This way if one fails to find the track, the other could always give you back results.

Flow Free : Bridges

Its been a lot since I last wrote a review about a puzzle game. Thanks god these guys from the [Big Duck Games LLC] team had a brilliant idea. Based on their previous game Flow Free, they made a little addition... and BOOM an amazing puzzle game came up. Its called Flow Free: Bridges and you can download it for free from the Play Store.

Why this puzzle game is awesome:

Android puzzle game
Goal: Link each colored point
with its corresponding one.
Use the bridges wisely !
Hold well, because I have lots of arguments in order to prove you that this game is worth wasting your time with. First of all, coming with a clean smooth interface ensures your good mood while playing. Being simple and totally addictive will for sure make you fall in love with it. Still, you may get pissed of the game, but the reason will be the complexity of some later levels. There are a lot of starter levels, so go through them in the begin in order to practise. Furthermore, I love its flow. Like I said there are starter levels which will help you get into the games goal. Because of this games construction, there are sometimes more than one ways of solving a puzzle. Hence, each player may develop his/her own techniques while playing. I like that, because you can always compete with friends and if you are the one with the fastest algorithm - beat them up. Even kids could play the starter levels, which would really help their IQ's and puzzle thinking training.

I couldn't really discover any drawbacks. After you finish the free level packs, you will have to purchase more. However, I don't consider this one a disadvantage, since the devs have made a great job and definitely worth some support :)

In conclusion, if your a puzzle gamer you should definitely try this out and I all I can promise is that you are going to creatively waste some time :)

Umano - News Read to you

It seems that lately its harder to find any new useful applications or any addictive games on the Play Store. Finally, some devs released a pretty neat and useful application. Umamo is a fresh initiative app having great potentials with lots of promises. Compared to the rest news-applications, this one will read the latest stories to you.

Umamo top android applicationIn order to convince you, I think I will have to analyze some things. First of all, let me clear that Umamo won't read English like a robot(as most of applications would do until now), but in a more human friendly way. I really like this mans voice, since its absolutely easy to understand him. If you are the guy who wants his news on the go or you prefer voice over letters, then this is a must own application. Coming with a pure clean interface, working like a charm, being 100% easy to use and being free makes Umamo one of the best news applications around. You can always choose which news categories you are interested in. Moreover, Umamo will let you download news for offline listening, which makes it more adorable for devices with no 24/7 3G on them.

This app is one great addition to the Play Store and thus you should definitely try it out.

Bitcasa - Your new primary storage drive

Hello folks. Sorry for not updating so often lately, I have been quite busy with this semesters exams. Hopefully, you are going to love today's application and forgive me for not posting so often. The talk is about BitCasa, a cloud external disk application.

Bitcasa infinite cloud storageIn case you are not aware of, cloud services are many many computers and servers synchronized which form a powerful and trustworthy service. BitCasa consists of many data centers and servers around the world, granting you infinite storage anywhere. BitCasa comes with a pretty neat interface, making it easy and fun to use. You can synchronize your devices and share data between them. Even sharing files with your friends is instant! You just send them a link and they can instantly view the files. Of course, anytime that someone shares files with you, you will have to download them locally or you can always listen and watch media via streaming online. A good Internet connection would be needed in case of large files, like HD movies. Giving you the ability to instantly watch movies(even through their web interface), is an awesome feature, since you don't have to occupy space on your device! With their android app, you have a bunch of capabilities such as automatically uploading copy of any picture you take or immediately create mirrors of your devices files( backups ). Moreover, you can watch videos in various formats or listen to music online. Lastly, I love their services schema. It always encrypts any file that you upload and keeps 3 backups of it, making it quite impossible to lose your files.

In conclusion, I believe this application is going to become a MUST for any kind of person. Its highly useful for businesses or teams that need to share their files in a safer way. However, it could replace all your hard drives and securely store your media files :). Please keep in mind that there will be bugs and issues, since its still in beta. Always report any issues to the devs, letting them to improve their work.

Viki best movies app

looks like !
Viki lets you watch the best TV shows, movies and music clips in high quality, translated in your language ! There is a ton of categories promising to keep everyone happy. Japanese anime, American cartoons, news and documentaries, as well as movies from all around the World-Hollywood are some of the available titles. You can always discover upcoming shows in the "Featured" and "Coming Soon" sections. However, if you don't own a tablet you may find it difficulty watching shows on your smartphone. Sleep Therapy - Binaural Beats

Hello folks. My previous review was about the best Relax and Sleep app to my opinion. Hence I decided writing about one more Sleep Therapy application. It's called Binaural Beats, it is an open source project and you can get it from the Play Store.

What Binaural Beats are:

Binaural beats are basically sounds or tones of specially selected frequencies in them. Those frequencies are usually performed in every single ear in order to "trick" the brain into a certain frequency and reach a desired condition/effect. Binaural beats are actually a very easy principle for that effectiveness and power that's used on the inside of these individuals. You may read more here.

What Binaural Beats(the app) is:

Insomnia Symptoms best android binaural beats

This magical application contains a variety of binaural beats. It consists of 15 pre-specified binaural beats which will play a carefully modulated tone in each ear, in order to produce the desired mental state that you choose in the main menu. There are binaural beats for Lucid Dreamers, Insomnia symptoms, concentration and many others that you may like. Personally, I love the Power Nap binaural beat which indeed helps me rest when I got 30 minutes of spare time. I am trying the Lucid Dreaming binaural beat too, with no luck until now. I guess the reason that it doesn't work is me, since I can not get lucid dreams :(.

There are not much to say about this. Without a moment to lose, install this app and if you find it helpful support the developer. I really like his effort, since this application is an open source project. This means that you may help in many ways. Donating some bucks, improving this application or leaving awesome feedback would do the job.
